特定商取引法に基づく表記Legal notice under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

ぺぺろん工房が販売する製品について、特定商取引法第11条（通信販売）に基づき、以下の事項を表示します。The English text follows the Japanese text.

Microsoft Storeでの販売

販売の方法: Microsoft Storeでの販売では、Microsoftが当事業者の代理として購入の受付と代金の受け取りを行います
支払方法: Microsoft Storeの決済を利用します。使える支払方法は、Microsoft Storeの購入画面に表示されるものです
支払時期: ご注文時にお支払いとなります
商品の引渡時期: Microsoft Storeから入手してください。購入の手続きが完了すると、入手済みのアプリが製品版として使えるようになります
商品代金以外の必要料金: 通信費はお客様のご負担です。電子配信のため、送料は発生しません
消費税: 当事業者は消費税の免税事業者です。日本のお客様には、Microsoft Storeの購入画面に表示される金額のほかにご負担いただくものはありません。日本以外の地域では、その地域の税をMicrosoftが扱う場合があります
適格請求書（インボイス）: 当事業者は消費税の免税事業者のため、適格請求書は発行できません。購入の記録はMicrosoftアカウントの注文履歴で確認できます。Microsoftの注文履歴は、日本の適格請求書ではありません
返品・返金（お客様都合）: デジタル商品のため、当事業者独自の返品・返金はお受けしていません。購入前に、各製品の試用版で動作と保存結果をご確認ください。Microsoft Storeでの返金の可否は、Microsoftの販売条件と法令に従います。Microsoftの販売条件では、法令または個別の提供条件に定めがある場合を除き、アプリは返金の対象外です。本項は、法令上の取消し・解除・返金その他の権利を制限しません
商品に不具合がある場合: 不具合により正常に動作しない場合は、問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。修正版をMicrosoft Storeから配信して対応します。当事業者独自の返金は行いませんが、法令上の契約不適合責任その他の権利、およびMicrosoftの販売条件に基づく返金は制限しません

販売価格: 2,480円（税込）。買い切り型で、月額や年額の支払いはありません。価格にはデジタルダウンロード版の利用権が含まれます。新規購入向けの価格を変える場合は、変更後の価格を注文確定前に表示します
利用できる台数: 購入に使ったMicrosoftアカウントのWindowsデバイスで、Microsoftの利用規則（Microsoft Usage Rules）が定める範囲で使用できます
試用版: 30日間、無料で試せます
動作環境: Microsoftが保守中のWindows 11のx64環境。メモリは4 GB以上を推奨します。Microsoft Storeでの入手・購入・更新と、追加のOCR言語データの取得にはインターネット接続が必要です

Sales through the Microsoft Store

How we sell: For sales through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft accepts orders and receives payment on our behalf
Payment methods: Payment is made through the Microsoft Store. Available payment methods are those shown at Microsoft Store checkout
Payment timing: Payment is due when placing an order
Delivery: Get the app from the Microsoft Store. When the purchase is complete, the installed app works as the full version
Additional costs: Internet access costs are paid by the customer. There are no shipping fees for digital delivery
Taxes: The seller is exempt from Japanese consumption tax. Customers in Japan pay nothing beyond the amount shown at Microsoft Store checkout. In other regions, Microsoft may handle local taxes
Japanese qualified invoices: As a consumption-tax-exempt business, the seller cannot issue Japanese qualified invoices. Purchases can be checked in the order history of your Microsoft account. Microsoft's order history is not a Japanese qualified invoice
Customer-requested refunds: As digital products, our apps are not returnable or refundable under a policy of our own. Please use each product's trial to check how it works and how saved files look before buying. Whether a Microsoft Store purchase can be refunded follows Microsoft's terms of sale and applicable law. Under Microsoft's terms of sale, apps are not refundable unless applicable law or a particular offer provides otherwise. This does not limit statutory cancellation, termination, refund or other rights
Defects: If a defect prevents normal operation, contact us through the contact form. We will provide a fix through the Microsoft Store. We do not offer refunds under a policy of our own, but statutory remedies for non-conformity and other rights, and refunds under Microsoft's terms of sale, are not limited

Price: ¥2,480 in Japan (tax included). A one-time purchase with no monthly or yearly fees. The price includes the right to use the digital download. Any changed price for new purchases is shown before confirming an order.
Number of devices: The app may be used on Windows devices associated with the Microsoft account used for the purchase, within the scope set by the Microsoft Usage Rules
Trial: Free for 30 days
System requirements: x64 versions and editions of Windows 11 currently supported by Microsoft. At least 4 GB of RAM recommended. Internet access is needed for getting, purchasing and updating the app through the Microsoft Store, and for downloading additional OCR language data
